Property and service enquiries
When you contact us, we use your name, email address, message and, where relevant, property reference to reply and take the steps you request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract; for other general questions, our legitimate interest in answering them. We do not use these details for marketing.
Careers enquiries
The careers form asks for your name, email address, area of work and a short message so we can review and respond. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract. The website does not accept CVs or files, and we do not keep your details in a pool for future vacancies.
Who can access your details
Only staff handling the relevant enquiry and the providers operating website hosting and email on our behalf. General enquiries go to info@marbellapropertycare.com; rental enquiries to rentals@marbellapropertycare.com; and careers enquiries to rrhh@marbellapropertycare.com.
How long we keep messages
We keep property and service correspondence while needed to answer the enquiry, follow up on a business relationship or manage a contract. We periodically review closed enquiries and delete personal details when there is no longer a purpose for keeping them. Customer correspondence and records needed for legal obligations or claims are kept for the periods applicable to those purposes, with access limited where appropriate. Careers enquiries are handled separately and kept while we assess and answer them; we do not keep unsuccessful candidates for future vacancies without a separate legal basis. A private copy of each form submission may be held temporarily on the server to check delivery; it is removed when no longer needed for that purpose. Backup copies may persist until their rotation completes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to processing and exercise other applicable rights by writing to info@marbellapropertycare.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority. We do not make automated hiring decisions through this form.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you pause animations, we save that preference in your browser so it is respected on later visits. If we add non-essential technologies, we will ask for the appropriate consent before using them.
