The villa has 4 main double bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, black-out curtains, TV & dressing table. There is one double bedroom located on the ground floor with access directly to the garden & hot tub and three double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a walk-in wardrobe & each with a small balcony or terrace. From the upper landing, there is access to a terrace overlooking the pool with an exterior staircase leading to the top floor, where an independent 5th bedroom is located plus a large sunbathing terrace with sea views. (Please note, this bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet & basin, but it does not have a shower). The villa is installed with air conditioning throughout for both heating & cooling, a solar hot water system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, built-in USB points for charging your phones etc and a security alarm. Parking is available inside the carport for 2 small cars and free on the street.
