Rental Management

For owners who wish to achieve some rental income from their properties, we also offer assistance with rentals, managing the whole process from A to Z; advertising the property online on a number of international portals, talking to clients and most importantly making sure they are the right fit for the property. 

Once we have accepted a booking, we make sure the tenants have clear directions on how to get to the property and give them details of who will be their contact person during their stay.

We also offer them additional services such as: airport pick ups, filling the fridge on arrival, restaurant and golf bookings, assistance with car rentals, catering services and anything else they may require to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. 

Once they have arrived, we meet and greet them at the property, show them how everything works, collect damage deposits when necessary and check them out on departure. We are on call for any doubts or emergencies they may have, offering tenants the best all round service, because we know our properties inside out. 

We also organise Cleaning/Dry cleaning before and after properties are rented and carry out any maintenance that is required after tenants leave, so that owners don’t feel their property is being rented.

If the rental bookings are managed through us then we include meet & greet services in our rental fees, if owners rent the properties themselves, then we charge for meet and greet services. Cleaning and any required repairs are always charged as extras.
