Property Management

 

At Marbella Property Care we offer a full property management service, giving you peace of mind that your property is in good hands and being looked after in your absence. Whether you require a simple package of fortnightly checks, or you have put your property on the market for sale/rent and need it to be kept in pristine conditions, we can help you with as little or as much as you need.

 

Our management includes dealing with all routine maintenance, cleaning, running repairs, site visits, mailbox checking and client updates, as well as turning utilities off when a property is empty and back on when clients arrive.

When we visit your property, we check everything is clean and tidy, we turn services on or off, we test the equipment, gas, electricity, light bulbs etc. to ensure that your home is in perfect condition. Logbooks are held on each property and we can submit monthly reports if needed.

Management Fees

All our management fees are customized according to your property. Minimum service starts at 150.00€ per month.

Interior cleaning is charged at €22.00 an hour + products required. Exterior cleaning is charged at 27.00€ an hour + products. General maintenance jobs are 35€ an hour (with a minimum charge of 2 hours) and specialist jobs (including emergency call-outs) are 40€ an hour. The rental commission is 20% of the rental.
